Description
The purpose of this project is to build a cultural settlement in the town of Moșnița Nouă to ensure:
- optimal conditions for carrying out social, cultural and entertainment activities;
- the preservation of community values and traditions;
- the increase of the level of education and culture of citizens.
The main cultural activities in Moșnița Nouă Commune are carried out through the Cultural Homes, the only cultural - educational establishment in the locality.
Considered to be one of the most important cultural manifestations for the inhabitants of the commune, “ruga” takes place at the Cultural Center of each locality. The preparations start with a month in advance, along with other household renewal activities, according to tradition. A celebration occasion for all the families in the commune, the event begins at the village church, followed by folk performances with ensembles and formations from the commune.
The investment aims to ensure the successful achievement of the following objectives:
- Stimulating the development of social, cultural and entertainment activities, as well as the participation of the inhabitants of the locality in these activities.
- Stimulating the establishment of folkloric ensembles, music and dance groups, which will allow the residents of the locality to practice various socio-cultural and entertainment activities in an organized setting.
- Growing the number of children and young people from the locality who participate in theater, music, dance festivals or competitions that take place in the rural area.
- Increasing the level of education, socialization and culture of all the citizens of the Mosnita Nouă locality by participating in entertainment events, folklore festivals and other actions that will take place within the cultural center.
- Improving the living conditions and the socio-economic level of the Moșnița Nouă locality by maintaining the population level in the rural environment, especially the young people, as a result of the creation of appropriate conditions for organizing cultural and entertainment events within the locality.
The proposed construction will have become a cultural center, with a P+Ep height regime and will have a built-up area of 1337.90 sqm, with maximum overall dimensions of 46.95 m x 48.48 m. The work is based on the urban planning certificate no. . 2181 of 05.12.2019, issued by the Town Hall of Moșnița Nouă
